Avoid exfoliating products (retinols, scrubs, peel pads, clay masks, AHA/BHA) for at least 5 days prior

Cancellation And Late Policy
I know life happens—but here’s the structure that helps me show up fully for every client (including you)

Cancel/reschedule with 24+ hours' notice—easy.

Less than 24 hours? 25% of the service cost will be charged.

No-show? That’s a 100% charge.

3 no-shows or last-minute reschedules? A $100 deposit will be required to book again.

Running late? That time comes off your treatment.
Too late to begin the service = 25% charge + reschedule.
