Arrive with clean skin if possible—no makeup, SPF, or heavy products.
Avoid exfoliants, peels, and retinols for at least 3–5 days before your treatment.
Skip waxing or dermaplaning on the face a week before your appointment unless it’s part of your treatment.
Know your skincare. Bring photos or a list of your current skincare products, supplements, and medications.
Come hydrated (inside and out!).
Use the restroom before your appointment—this is your time to relax.
